"Here at I Want Fitness we teach members to focus on their fitness and nutrition and the weight will take care of itself. We do not push any weight loss products or support obsessive dieting or strict eating regimes. I Want Fitness supports and encourages it's members to implement positive long term changes into their lifestyles. We believe in forming healthy habits that will have a long term effect to a woman's health and wellbeing. We encourage women to think for themselves while still supporting them on their health and wellness journey."

"I wanted to become fitter & healthier but really wasn't making enough lifestyle changes for that to happen. I was also beginning to slide into a very dark place due to some struggles I have had to face.
My journey with I Want fitness has helped me lose weight and become fitter and healthier. By far the biggest achievement for me though is the improvement in my mental health!
I feel great after exercising. Seeing and feeling the physical improvements is a bonus and a well needed confidence boost.
I am eating better and exercising more. I am more aware of and accountable for what I am eating and how much I am moving. "

"Before I joined I Want Fitness, I would join gyms and attend for a couple of months and then stop going. Then after having my children I was carrying more weight than I ever had.
With I Want Fitness the group classes keep me accountable for coming back each week. Isabella caters for all fitness levels and the classes change each week which keeps my interest levels up.
Class times are really flexible for families and working mothers. I feel fit and healthy. It’s great to do something just for me. The added bonus was meeting other ladies in the area." - Gen

"I have three children and my smallest was 1 when I started so getting out walking with him in the pram was about the extent of my exercise. I had joint pain in my left hip, which was intermittent, but sometimes excruciating.
Since starting bootcamp, I don't get the hip pain anymore, I feel fitter and have more energy. The word bootcamp used to scare me but now I enjoy it twice a week. I love the support that I recieve from both Isabella and the friends I have made since joining" - Karen

"I’d never really done any real exercise before but I knew I had to do something, I just didn’t know what. I decided to join I Want Fitness because it was a local, women’s only, group fitness. I thought I would give it a try.
I was pretty scared at my first session as I wasn’t sure what to expect but I found Isabella and the other women were so supportive and encouraging. Each week my fitness was getting better, and I started feeling stronger and more capable than I ever have.
Isabella has also helped me set goals for each term and little by little, through small changes to diet, sleep and exercise I have seen the centimetres start dropping off.

"I have always done some exercise, but it usually slips away over winter, and I’ve never experienced “great” results. In Spring of last year, I decided to give I Want Fitness Bootcamp a try. I’ve never been a fan of group exercise, but I needed to find something to motivate me.
After one session, I was sold! The sessions are as challenging as you want to make them, but in a really fun, supportive group.I’ve never trained so hard, and all with a smile and a laugh with the group.
The results have also followed. I’ve lost about 5 kgs, dropped two dress sizes and have replaced my stubborn muffin top with a core of steel! All thanks to Isabella and her empowering I Want Fitness experience!" - Kay
