Health Workshop for busy mothers
When: Thursday 22nd October
Where: St. Luke’s Primary School Hall, 25 Stokes Rd, Wantirna VIC 3152
We are a busy bunch, us mothers! The dishes need to be done, little Johnny has to go to swimming lessons, hubby’s shirt needs ironing before tomorrow and the list goes on and on. It’s no wonder you’re reaching for the wine with the chips and chocolate at the end of your day, you’re frazzled!
Not only that, your back is aching, you can’t jump with your kids on the trampoline because you might wet yourself, you don’t have time to exercise and you eat way too much (of the not so right things) than you are supposed to. We become so consumed with our daily chores and looking after the family that we forget how to look after ourselves.
Life is what happened. And that’s ok!
But you want to be happy and confident in your own skin, and you’re not. You’ve tried to get back on track but it's not working. You know what to do but you just don’t do it. Or you’re so confused with the messages out there that you don’t know what to do. Or the thought of getting out of your comfort zone stops you in your tracks.
Understand that you are not alone, there are many mothers that feel the same way and that is why this workshop has been put together.
I Want Fitness runs Bootcamp and Pilates sessions for women in Wantirna and Ringwood. Dealing with a lot of mothers, I can see that more help is needed to get these wonderful amazing women back to feeling great again.
The Health workshop for busy mothers will have a number of expert presenters who will give you some great advice to get your health back so you can do the things you love.
