1) What is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp is group training that involves different workouts to challenge the body, burn fat, tone up and increasing your overall fitness and strength. Isabella's Bootcamp is fun, social and supportive while working hard to achieve results!


2) I'm very unfit, what if I can't keep up with the others?

That's what we are here for, to help you get fit and stay fit. Go at your pace and as you build your fitness and strength, exercises can be modified to keep challenging you. Any exercise is better than none.


3) How much is it?

Isabella's Bootcamp is very affordable with packages starting from as little as $9.87 per session.


4) What do I get?

All packages include:

  • 45 minute Bootcamp and Pilates sessions with warm up and cool down

  • Variety with Boxing, Circuit, HIIT sessions and more

  • Each session includes core, balance and flexibility

  • Fitness assessments, before and after photos and measurements

  • Goal setting and food diary

  • Access to Facebook page and newsletter with tips, recipes and nutritional information.


5) What happens if it's raining/cold/dark/bad weather?

Not a problem! Most training sessions are indoors. Every now and then, we'll venture outside if it's just too nice to be inside.
