SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY
Support from trainers and other members at the sessions and through the private facebook group. Motivational & inspirational emails daily to keep you on track. Login to book in sessions, goal setting and positive mindset webinar. Reminders, check ins and Q&A sessions for extra accountability.
